For a flat fee we give Sellers direct access to all the tools a traditional Real Estate Agent uses when listing a property, which includes placing the property into the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and advertising it on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, social media platforms, and any real estate agency website that has the local MLS data feed.  We can also provide signage, flyers, photographs, virtual tours, and lockboxes.

With a combined 45+ years in the flat fee business, and 30,000+ properties listed, our founders have the knowledge and experience to advise any seller how to maximize the power of the MLS. 

Jeffrey Ayers

Operator of Clickit Realty since 2000, a nationally recognized agency servicing 17 MLS’s in Georgia, and another 20 MLS’s in North Carolina. Under Jeff’s leadership Clickit has won the Inman News Innovator Award, GA & NC Pacesetter awards, and has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top Real Estate companies in the United States for Sales Volume.

Chris Carr

Founder of Simple Choice Realty, has been offering flat fee services for almost 20 years.  His firm services Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.   In 2016, he was installed on the board of directors for the Montgomery County Association of Realtors.  He’s been featured in Philadelphia Magazine, Real Estate Radio, Inman News, Kiplinger Magazine, and was recently ranked as #8 Realtor in the USA by The Wall Street Journal.

Jason Saphire

Licensed since 1998, Jason is the founder and principal broker of EntryOnly.com, the #1 ranked flat fee agency in New England.  Jason has conducted over 10,000 transactions, and has been recognized by REAL Trends Rankings as one of the top 5 agents in the USA for 2017, 2018, and 2019.  He’s also been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Boston.com, and various podcasts including Breakaway Agents and Broker Talk.

MLS Administrators

Our administration team oversees the collection of property data, quality of images, and MLS compliance in over 50 MLSs, in just the 11 states the founders operate.  They also assist our 30+ partner brokers throughout the rest of the country that service an additional 300+ MLSs.

Short for Dividends. Born in Baja Mexico, and the runt of a litter of 5. Divi’s specialties include being cute and rolling over. She’s afraid of plastic bags, bodies of water, and sidewalk grates. Most of her time is spent napping around the office.
