Refund Policy
Refund Policy: There are no refunds after property is listed in MLS, unless we refer you to a full service agent that successfully sells your property. Cancellations made prior to property listed in MLS will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Commissions and Fees
NO COMMISSION and NO TRANSACTION FEE is due if the Buyer has no Agent. In most states if an Agent represents the Buyer a “Transaction Fee (TF)” of between 1/10 to 1/4 of 1 percent (0.1 – 0.25%) of the Sale Price will be collected at closing by Listing Agency to cover costs associated with coordinating the transaction and employing and enforcing policies and procedures required to stay compliant with State Laws and MLS Rules. This is not an additional fee to Seller. The “Net Commission” (Total Commission minus TF) appears in the MLS as the compensation offered to Buyer Agents. For example, if the “Total Commission” offered is 2.5% and TF is 0.1%, the “Net Commission” of 2.4% will appear in the MLS as the Buyer’s Agency Commission. PLEASE CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

* Colorado is a minimum service state and the Listing Agency collects a total Transaction Fee at closing of 1/2 of 1 percent (0.5%) or $1,500 minimum
