I was born and raised in NE Philadelphia, graduating from Archbishop Ryan HS. I then went on to attend Shippensburg University, graduating in 2000. I now reside in Lafayette Hill, PA. I am a husband and father to 3 great kids!\u00a0 I have been engaged in real estate in many capacities since 2004.\u00a0 Early on I was involved in publishing a For Sale By Owner Magazine in South Jersey.\u00a0 From there I began offering Flat Fee MLS listings to FSBO home sellers. I am also a real estate investor (owning properties as a landlord as well as participating in many successful home rehabs and some new construction).\u00a0 I currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Association of Realtors.<\/p>\n
